I'm holding the space for a Yoga Retreat day on Sunday 28th April 2024.
We will start our day with a cold water swim at Woburn Lido (optional.) We will then make our way to Husborne Crawley Reading Rooms for a warm drink.
We will start our yoga day with a flowing Vinyasa practice.
After a light lunch our afternoon yoga will be a mix of partner work, Yin and Restorative practice.
We will end the day with a choice of teas or coffee and delicious homemade cake.
Treat yourself to a day of "you" time. 🥰 A fabulous way to spend your Sunday.
